I had only recently run across the ManageFlitter tool as I was using refollow previously to do all my Twitter follows and unfollowing when I needed to do follower management which is cleaning up stale, inactive or spam accounts I was following on Twitter or finding new accounts worth following.
ManageFlitter however is one of my new favorite Twitter management tools as it allows you to easily select and unfollow groups of people in a creative drag a box method instead of doing individual checkmarks or selections. It also allows you to unfollow more users per day than any other free account I have found so far, with you getting the ability to increase to 3,000 unfollows per day for free accounts by sharing and promoting the service.
Here is a short video tutorial on ManageFlitter

Besides the free activities, the pro account really shines which helps you weed out spam Twitter accounts that are following you, provides analytics as well as configuring and managing your Whitelist.
I didn’t realize I followed over 6k people who haven’t tweeted in 30 days for example, this is a lot of cleanup that can be done as I am really only interested in active people and someone who doesn’t tweet for 30 days is considered an inactive account for me.
This is one of my favorite tools now for Managing Twitter accounts and if you have been looking for a way to cleanup your Twitter following or followers or find new accounts that have matching niche or categories on Twitter, then give ManageFlitter a try, it has an amazing set of features for the free account and only gets better with a pro account.
